What is ThermiVa®?
ThermiVa® is a state-of-the-art, temperature controlled radiofrequency (RF)
application that heats tissue in the vaginal and vulvar anatomy to address a variety of vaginal concerns. The treatment is non-invasive and requires no anesthesia. This is a series of three treatments that can be performed 2-4 weeks apart. The treatments can be repeated as necessary. Treatments can be combined, with other vaginal health technologies including MonaLisa Touch fractional beam CO2 laser therapy, PRP (platelet rich plasma therapy), medication, as well as topical therapies including estrogen, testosterone, or DHEA treatments. Tailored therapies will be recommended depending on the nature of the concern, such as sexual pain, vaginal laxity, difficulty with arousal, labial hypertrophy, urinary frequency, or urinary incontinence. . While not specifically designed to correct all the issues surgically repaired by labiaplasty, however in some cases this can be a non-surgical correction of the anatomic abnormalities you may want to address.
